With over thirty years of healthcare experience, I have worked in a variety of wellbeing practitioner roles - including acute hospital care, GP surgeries, private healthcare, and running my own holistic health practice.
So, I have decades of experience in teaching people about a range of wellbeing issues including chronic illness management, behaviour change, and therapies for health.
Education is something that I place a high value upon, and this is reflected in my background and professional experience. My qualifications include Registered Nurse training, plus multiple professional diplomas in healthcare and behaviour change, health coaching accreditation, holistic therapy qualifications, plus Master and Honours degrees in Philosophy, Religion, and Health.
